Heinrich can carry off-hand weapons. For each long sword or short sword he equips, his skill has a 11% Crit Rate. When landing a critical hit, he deals Crit DMG, and ignores P.DEF.
Lv4. Each stack of [Charge] increases Crit Rate of his skills by 3% and Crit DMG by 10%.
Lv7. All skills of Heinrich enjoy an AA DMG bonus and are immune to AA DMG down.
