Lvl: 1 Passive

Lv1. For every 20m of movement, Rathgricy gains one Angel Snow Feather. Rathgricy can get up to 4 feathers. When a feather is consumed, increases MOV SPD and P.DMG bonus by 3% for 18s. Can be stacked 4 times.

Lv4. When a feather is consumed, grants immunity to P.DMG and M.DMG for 2s and removes one debuff.

Lv7. When dealing DMG, reduces the cooldown of [Valkyrie] by 1s.

Lvl: 6 Passive
