Lvl: 1 Passive

Single enemy units hit by Winter Crystal will suffer extra damage from Frost Crystal. For each attack, Frost Crystal will deal extra True Damage equivalent to own Atk x (1.5 +Crit.Dmg) *15% to the target and deal half the amount of Dmg to up to 6 enemies within 4m of the target. The target affected by Frost Crystal has a 5% chance of being inflicted with freezing for 2 sec.
