Tempers his body to the extreme in a critical situation, allowing his muscles to bulge, increasing his Final Damage Bonus by 3% for every 1 level above the Weapon or Accessory Refinement Level cap. His Final Dmg Reduc. is increased by 3% for every 1 level above the Armor Refinement Level cap. Each time Hollgrehenn adds a Refinement Level reduction effect to an enemy, he forces the enemy to Auto Attack him for 1 sec. Ultimate Tempering lasts for 10 secs. The cooldown is fixed and cannot be reduced.
